Your inquiry

When the contact form is available and you submit an inquiry, BVML uses your name, email address, optional company name, selected service, and message to respond to you. Please do not send passwords, financial information, or other sensitive information.

How information is processed

The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Contact messages are sent through Microsoft 365 to BVML's designated mailbox and are retained there to handle your inquiry and any resulting business correspondence. The website does not save the content of your inquiry in a separate contact database.

Security and abuse prevention

The form uses validation and submission limits. When enabled, its Azure rate-limit store holds daily counters and keyed hashes of network identifiers, rather than raw IP addresses or contact messages. Microsoft hosting and mail services may also process technical information in their operational logs.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. While the contact page is open, it keeps a submission identifier in memory during retries to help avoid duplicate messages.

Contact and requests

To ask about your information or request deletion of inquiry correspondence, use the contact form when it is available. If you have already received a response to an inquiry, you can also reply to that correspondence.
